2019: Academy Commandant Sajid Hussain awarded with the “Outstanding Contribution in Marine Education Award 2019” by the IMarEST, London.

2019: Upgraded status for Academy as a ‘Partner Relation’, in place of a former Branch, of Word Maritime University (WMU), Sweden.

2019: Inter-Institutional Agreement with Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia under the Erasmus+ Scholarship Programme upto 2023.
